Use these steps when you forgot an email-account password, a verification step expired, or you cannot complete MFA. Work on a device and email account you trust, and check that you are on a Tradara sign-in surface before you enter anything.
Choose the same email address or social provider you used to create the account. Available social sign-in methods depend on configuration, and either method can still require Tradara verification or MFA.
Select Forgot password to request a reset link. Tradara does not reveal whether the account exists.
Open the newest reset email and choose a new password. Check spam if nothing arrives, and request another message after the cooldown.
Return to Sign in and enter the updated password.
Complete pending email verification or enter the authenticator code when prompted. Successful verification returns you to the approved Tradara page and restores your normal session. If an extension appears to block the sign-in callback, retry in a private window.
Support will never ask for your password or a one-time code, so do not share either. Tradara also has no in-app bypass for a lost authenticator — contact Support without sharing account secrets and they will work through it with you. These recovery steps apply to your Tradara identity only; they do not change a trading account’s evaluation or risk rules.
