An order, fill, or position you expected is absent from the visible table. Verify account scope, order state, and the activity connection before you conclude the data is missing. If the order never passed validation, use the submission article instead.
Do not place a replacement order while the original order's state is uncertain. You could double your exposure.
Preserve the submission message, the exact time and timezone, the selected account, the symbol, the order ID, the status, and the filled quantity before you change state.
Keep Open Orders, Order History, and Positions available so you can compare the same account.
Open Accounts and confirm the account that received the original submission. The order and position contexts filter visible rows to the selected account.
Check Open Orders for working states and Order History for terminal states such as filled, cancelled, rejected, or expired.
Clear active table filters and search terms. No open orders. or No open positions. describes the current filtered account view; it does not prove that no activity exists elsewhere.
Find the order ID when possible and inspect its status and filled quantity.
Do not expect a position from a rejected order, a cancellation without a fill, or an expiry without a fill.
For a partial fill, compare the filled quantity with the quantity shown in Positions. A fully closing fill removes the open position instead of leaving a zero row.
A recent transition can also move an order between tables, so check both Open Orders and Order History before deciding a row disappeared.
Open the footer connection panel and check Trading API independently from market data.
Allow the automatic reconnect attempt to finish. If the panel still reports a connection issue, select Reconnect once.
Return to the same account. Tradara refreshes order snapshots after reconnect and reconciles position updates from current data and fill events.
Confirmed working orders then appear in Open Orders, terminal order states in Order History, and nonzero net positions in Positions for the selected account.
Loading open orders…, Loading order history…, or Loading positions… — wait for the initial account snapshot before you change the selected account.
No account selected — select the affected account and reopen the activity view.
An error shown in place of table rows — record the exact text, check Trading API, then use Reconnect once if it is offered.
If the original order is still uncertain after a reconnect, contact Support with the order ID, account, symbol, side, exact time, expected quantity, visible status, and filled quantity.
