A Tradara bar or indicator value does not match another platform's chart for what looks like the same instrument and timeframe. Two valid charting systems can both be correct and still disagree, so the goal is to find which input differs before you treat the gap as a data error.
Collect the settings from both platforms and check them in this order:
Exact instrument, exchange, and futures contract month
Real-time or delayed data, and the data source
Timeframe, custom interval, and chart type
Session mode, exchange schedule, breaks, holidays, and time zone
Completed or currently forming bar
Indicator name, length, multiplier, source, plots, and warm-up history
Most reported differences come from one of these six items rather than from the values themselves.
Tradara aggregates live trades into bars, can refill historical gaps, and may assemble larger or custom intervals from supported source resolutions. Indicators need enough backfill to initialize, so early values on a freshly loaded chart are less mature than later ones.
Once the inputs match, completed bars and mature indicator values should be materially closer. Small vendor, session-anchor, or formula-seed differences can remain. Transformed chart types are not bar-for-bar comparable with ordinary candles.
Order and fill records are authoritative for what happened to your order. Use them, not a visual comparison between charts, to judge an execution.
Capture both platforms with the symbol, contract, timeframe, session, time zone, indicator parameters, and the exact bar timestamp visible in each. Verify connectivity and market-data access before you contact Support.
