Copying is not producing the follower activity you expect, or you need Trade Copier controls on a phone. Most copying problems are visible in group and member state, so check that before you change multipliers or membership. Confirm connectivity and account context first.
Confirm the active group, its leader, its followers, every multiplier, any health banner, the member lifecycle states, and any lockout. Then inspect the specific account that did not behave as expected and compare its limits with the activity you requested.
Verify every member of the group, not only the one you were watching. Clear group names and colors make this faster.
Trade Copier does not remove venue, firm, account, or market constraints, so a follower can decline activity the leader completed. Use only the visible health, status, multiplier, lockout, and account controls. Monitor follower positions and orders independently after leader activity rather than assuming the group stayed aligned.
Changing group membership or multipliers can open, close, or change size on follower accounts. Confirm the selected account and group before you edit either one.
Pause copying when a follower diverges from the leader or when the displayed state is ambiguous, then investigate before you resume.
On a supported mobile viewport, open the Risk tab, select the copy group, and review the available controls. Use Accounts to verify context. Mobile reaches Trade Copier through this dedicated navigation, so you do not add a workspace widget.
Mobile does not provide desktop workspace drag-and-drop or the same wide-table presentation. Rotate the device or move to desktop when a control needs more space.
Record the group, the accounts involved, the instrument, the side, the quantity, and the time of the leader activity that did not copy as expected.
