Use this orientation after signing in or whenever the terminal changes shape on a smaller screen. You will learn where the desktop workspace keeps charts, account activity, order entry, connection details, settings, and help, and how those areas map to the compact bottom navigation. For instructions on submitting an order or changing a layout, use the dedicated articles for those tasks.
Use the header’s Trade mode and workspace name to identify the current surface and layout.
Work in the widgets on the canvas. The default Swing layout opens a chart, Watchlist, News, and Order Ticket, with tabs for Positions, Open Orders, Order History, Trades, and Trade Copier.
Open the account selector before trading and confirm the account name, type, and status.
Use the connection control in the footer to compare MD feed age, MD RTT, and Trading API. Select Reconnect only when the panel reports a connection issue.
Select Trade for the chart and order-entry screen.
Select Risk for the risk table, Accounts for the account widget, or More for the remaining compact navigation.
The compact layout replaces the resizable desktop canvas; switching tabs does not expose all desktop widgets at once.
Open the profile menu and select Settings for account and terminal preferences.
Select Help in the profile menu or desktop footer to open the configured support experience.
Select Log out when you finish on a shared device.
The compact terminal uses Trade, Risk, Accounts, and More instead of the desktop workspace canvas. Available accounts, market data, and order actions still depend on your sign-in, entitlements, account status, and risk rules.
If a desktop widget is absent, open the workspace layout menu and confirm which layout is active.
If you see No accounts available., confirm that an account has been assigned to your identity.
If quotes or activity stop updating, open the footer connection control and check market data separately from Trading API.
If you are on a compact viewport, use the bottom tabs; desktop workspace widgets are intentionally replaced there.
