Tradara opens the market-data onboarding window before quotes can be enabled. You save the contact details required for exchange compliance, choose the subscriber status that truthfully matches your use, and review the actual agreement revision before signing it. This covers market-data eligibility and contracting only, not trading-account assignment or order entry.
Have your legal name and current residential address ready. The exchanges require both.
Use a stable connection. The profile, declaration, and agreement are each saved as you go.
On Your details, enter your First name and Last name using English letters. Spaces, hyphens, apostrophes, and periods are accepted.
Complete Street address, City, State / region, Postal code, and Country, then select Continue.
If Tradara says market data is unavailable in the selected country, your contact details can still be saved, but this onboarding flow cannot grant a market-data subscription.
Read every criterion under One quick declaration.
Select Non-professional (personal use) only if every displayed statement is true. Otherwise select Professional (commercial rates).
Select Confirm and continue. Professional market data uses commercial rates and requires Tradara staff approval.
Answer the declaration based on your actual market-data use. Do not choose non-professional status merely to avoid commercial approval.
Select Open agreement to review, read the full displayed revision, and confirm the review.
Verify the subscriber status shown in the signing step. Use Edit declaration if it is wrong.
Complete any additional required fields, enter your Full legal name, and select Sign and continue. Typing your legal name is a legally binding electronic signature.
If an assigned trading account is ready, select Enable market data. Otherwise, Tradara shows that setup is complete and waits for account assignment.
An instructional video will be added here to illustrate how to properly utilize the market data profile and agreements.
Tradara records the profile, subscriber classification, and signed agreement. The next state tells you whether you can enable market data, need to wait for a firm to assign an account, or need staff approval for professional access. If Tradara later publishes a new agreement revision, you review and sign that revision before market data continues.
If Continue stays unavailable, check both names and select a valid Country.
If the address cannot be used for onboarding, correct the address or country rather than entering a substitute location.
If the questionnaire or agreement fails to load, keep the window open and retry after the connection recovers.
If Sign and continue stays unavailable, open the agreement, confirm the review, and complete every required signing field.
